On Thursday 22nd of March 2018, Booth Welsh played host to the Healthy Working Lives Ayrshire Awards. The morning event saw an address from Booth Welsh Managing Director Martin Welsh, followed by an introduction to the awards and the companies involved by the Assistant Director of Public Health, Elaine Young.

The ceremony saw companies from a variety of backgrounds receiving awards, with DSM, Big Blue Dog and Barns Medical Practice to name a few. The morning also saw Booth Welsh collect their Silver Award with a member of the Booth Welsh Healthy Working Lives team, Laura Maley commenting:

We are delighted to have progressed to the next stage on our Healthy Working Lives journey.  We understand the importance and benefits of a healthy workforce, and hope that our employees have enjoyed the activities and initiatives that have been going on.  A big thank you to everyone who has been involved in the process. Next stop, Gold Award!

Booth Welsh are delighted to have received their Silver Award and will continue their efforts to maintain and build upon a healthy work space and initiative for their employees.
