Today, Booth Welsh provides electrical, control and instrumentation installation services for a range of blue-chip companies across the UK. 

Working in close harmony with our Design Engineering Team, Booth Welsh can perform full turnkey Design and Build Projects. This service can be provided in isolation or as part of our EPC Project Solution. 

By combining our design and build services we provide a single point of contact and deliver real savings by reducing interfaces and efficiently incorporating project changes in the life of the project.   

Booth Welsh has been a member of Select for 30 years, (The Electrical Contractors Association of Scotland) and we are proud to have been awarded SELECT Best Large Contractor in 2019. 

For over 30 years, our wide range of services have included pre-calibration of instrumentation, installation and erection of electrical/instrumentation equipment and components, installation of cable tray and ladder support systems, installation of site cabling, glanding and terminating, installation of instrumentation pipework, hook ups, field inspection, hot and cold loop checking and final commissioning.

In conjunction with our Engineering Department and Control Systems Team Booth Welsh have developed a specialism around control system replacement and upgrades. Building on years of experience of working in a live process environment, we specialise in achieving tight turnaround dates ensuring our clients face a limited disruption to producing their product.

We work in line with all relevant national safety procedures and site specific requirements. We carry out extensive training to ensure that our team are equipped with the skills necessary to carry out their duties safely and efficiently. We ensure regulation to the highest industry standards including 18th Edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations and COMPEX.
