Booth Welsh started the process for their migration journey towards accreditation to ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems around 18 months ago.

Since then, the current Booth Welsh QHSE Manager, Alan Caddies has been working hard to align BW’s management system to achieve the requirements of the new standard. This involved demonstrating how the system is designed to support business operations, manage risk, communicate with and involve workers, and crucially provide safe operations that help to keep their people safe.

A successful assessment audit conducted by BSi on 23rd January 2020 confirmed that Booth Welsh met the requirements to be of the standard, and consequently Booth Welsh have been approved for the ISO 45001 accreditation.
