Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

In 2024, we launched insights sessions for over 50 employees, elevating collaboration by understanding diverse working styles. Building on this, tailored EDI training for managers began in 2025, where we trained 20 leaders through workshops and an e-learning platform to embed inclusivity in recruitment, management, and decision making.These initiatives not only enhance internal culture but also reinforce Booth Welsh’s commitment to building a diverse workforce that reflects and respects the communities we serve, setting a standard for societal equity and responsibility.
