“At Booth Welsh, we have always been a business that cares. It is something that has been part of us from the very beginning, how we work, how we treat each other, and the kind of impact we want to have on the people and places around us.
Over the past 36 years, we have gone through plenty of change. We have grown, evolved, and taken on new challenges, but that core idea, that we care, has stayed with us. We care about doing a good job. We care about each other. We care about making a positive difference for our clients, our communities, and our environment.
As the business continues to grow and evolve, we wanted a clearer, shared way of expressing these behaviours, something everyone can relate to and stand behind. That is why we have spent the last few months shaping something meaningful, with input from people right across Booth Welsh.
What has come out of that is C.A.R.E.S , a simple set of guiding values that capture what we are all about:
