Governance

At Booth Welsh, the safety of our people is our number one priority. Our ‘safe pair of hands’ approach has consistently delivered outstanding safety performance. However, we can never afford to become complacent.

Good Catch

Our goal is to identify and address issues before they become problems, turning them into opportunities for improvement. By fostering a culture of vigilance and proactive engagement, we ensure a safer, more sustainable, and more innovative workplace.

Good Catch is more than just another campaign; it’s a mindset shift. It builds on our commitment to putting our employees at the centre, encouraging everyone to adopt a proactive rather than reactive approach.

Safety: Identify and report potential safety hazards before they cause harm.
Sustainability: Report environmental issues and contribute to our sustainability goals.
Improvement: Share ideas or suggestions for enhancing any part of our business.

Employee Owned

Booth Welsh and our subsidiary iTech are now wholly owned by our employees. The MBO secures continuity for Booth Welsh and iTech staff, contractors as well as clients and suppliers who have enjoyed working closely with our UK based team for many years. The company aims to be a nimble and agile organisation, focusing on sustainability and digital engineering solutions. Booth Welsh remains headquartered in Irvine, Ayrshire, Scotland.

Sustainability timeline – living our values

In revisiting our journey, we can examine the strategic pivots we’ve made in order to adapt to evolving market demands and consumer behaviours.  Through this reflection, we can refine our approach and embrace our new framework, The 5 P’s of Purpose.
