What to Expect

  • Year One: Spend time in your assigned department, working on an individual project and participating in rotations to explore other areas in the business.
  • Year Two: Continue rotations (if applicable), collaborate with your cohort on a business challenge, and deepen your expertise in your chosen field.
  • Regular training sessions to expand your skillset.
  • Incremental pay increases every six months for two years, based on performance.
