The group’s work aims to enhance both internal processes and client service offerings, ensuring that we not only adapt to the changes brought by AI but also thrive because of them.”

As many of us know, the potential benefits of AI are vast. By automating repetitive tasks and reducing manual effort, AI enhances the quality and consistency of service delivery. It also aids in decision-making, allowing managers and engineers to make more informed choices with the help of AI-powered analytics. This improvement in decision-making, combined with AI’s ability to streamline operations, is expected to lead to increased productivity and, ultimately, accelerated business growth.

 “Currently, Booth Welsh is leveraging AI in several key areas including software generation, marketing, business development, and recruitment processes. These applications not only streamline our processes but also keep us agile in a fast-paced industry. We have had a strong focus on embedding technology into our operations for several years, building up our knowledge and expertise to become thought-leaders in Industry 4.0. Our core services naturally aligned to many of the pillars within I4.0, with AI being an area of interest for exploration. Fast forward a few years, and we are now using AI across many areas of the business. To further drive the adoption of AI, we are investing in a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP), further building on our capabilities and up-skilling our staff”

As we continue our journey with AI, we are excited about the prospects of offering AI-enhanced services to our clients. We believe in “collaboration over competition” and this comes to life as we start to share the benefits of AI with our clients, helping them to optimise their operations.”
