It has been great to see as many businesses help out with the COVID-19 pandemic.
As an innovative engineering technology business, we wanted to explore how we could help too. We have been working in the background with our local NHS medical teams and we are proud to unveil our first 3D printed face visor which has now been fully approved for use in the wards.
A big well done to our team member Andy Brittan who had the skill & perseverance to create this prototype with the 3D printer we recently invested in. We love the subtle detailing too!
NHS Ayrshire & Arran have asked us to provide as many as possible and we have already made 4 deliveries during the lockdown period. We are continuing to work on how to scale up the operation to deliver this much needed equipment to our Ayrshire hospitals.
