Booth Welsh recent received a visit from Jamie Hepburn MSP who is currently the Minister for Business, Fair Work & Skills. Jamie was keen to visit Booth Welsh as part of an Ayrshire focused programme to understand the challenges Booth Welsh face today as well as giving him the opportunity to share the Scottish Government's continued support for business, innovation, advanced manufacturing and Fair Work policies. During his visit, Jamie was very impressed to hear about Booth Welsh’s innovative approach to engineering projects as well as the potential for greater use of technology across our engineered solutions. Jamie also had a chance to chat with some of the Booth Welsh team across various departments and trial their digital demonstration. Mr Hepburn extended an invitation for Booth Welsh to get involved in the Future Work Skills Action Plan and to speak to him about anything else that would help business growth in the future.
