Over 10 Years Zero Harm to our community and our environment
As a company we have recently celebrated 10 years Zero Harm – without an accident causing lost time, across all our sites.
We are committed to providing an environment that enables our employees to achieve our vision of Zero harm. This environment encourages a safety culture supported by training and tools, so that working safely is the natural thing to do.
We utilise an assortment of safety tools through our Target Zero programme to engage, consult and monitor our people on our journey towards zero harm.
These tools reinforce safety behaviours and attitudes, encourage active participation and ownership and recognise and reward individual commitment and leadership.
We have an excellent safety record, underpinned by our Target Zero safety program. We take a full project lifecycle view on safety, from design through to execution and operations and employ behavioural based safety programmes across every phase of a project.
Leading indicators play a key role in the measurement of safety performance, while risk registers have been implemented to lock in safety learning and proactively manage risk on every project. We also offer specialist services to assist in compliance with international Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
We have been awarded the standard for Occupational Health and Safety, ISO-18001, and are certified by the following organisations:
- British Safety Council
